A 26 -year -old technical expert was arrested by the Whitefield Police in Bengaluru for raising slogans in support of Pakistan from the balcony of his PG residence. The accused, known as Shubhanshu Shukla of Chhattisgarh, worked in an IT company in the city. The incident took place in the Pacific Layout at around 12.30 pm on 9 May when the whole country was celebrating the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’. According to police sources, people living in a nearby PG were nervous to hear the slogans and they feared a possible danger. A young man of neighbor PG recorded the incident on his phone and dialed 112 and informed the police.
