Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has canceled all his public programs on Friday due to the aircraft accident in Ahmedabad. The main opposition party Samajwadi Party (SP) has also postponed all the party’s programs for the next three days.
In an official statement released on Thursday night from the Chief Minister’s Office, it was said that all the public programs of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji have been canceled on 13 June 2025 due to the extremely heartbreaking plane crash in Ahmedabad.
Adityanath said in his condolence message on X, “The death of former Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani ji and other passengers and members of the crew victims and members of the crew are extremely sad and heart -wrenching in the plane accident in Ahmedabad.” Humble tribute to him! He said in this post, it is a prayer to Lord Shri Ram to give the departed saintly saints and their mournful families should give the power to bear this immense sorrow. ॐ Peace.
Meanwhile, SP President Akhilesh Yadav has also announced to postpone all the party programs for the next three days. Yadav said on X, tribute to everyone who lost his life in a very painful accident in Ahmedabad! In this hour of grief, we are all with every heartfelt family and family members. All the SPs of SP will be postponed for the next three days.
An Air India aircraft going to London crashed in a residential area here a few minutes after flying from Ahmedabad Airport on Thursday afternoon. The aircraft were riding 242 people, including two pilots and 10 crew members.
