A school firing incident in Austria allegedly killed 10 people, including students and an adult. According to local reports, at least nine of these students have been killed. The victims include suspected shooter, who committed suicide after the incident. The firing took place on Tuesday at Borg Dreierschützengasse School in the city of Graz city. Quoting Mayor Elke Kahar (KPö), the Austrian press agency has reported that 10 people died in an attack in a school in Graz. Many of these were students and an adult, who was probably a teacher in school. The suspects were also among the dead.

The UK -based independent, citing Austria’s official media ORF, stated that the suspect, who was allegedly a student, killed himself and was found in the washroom. However, official confirmation is awaited. Police said that after hearing the sound of bullets inside the school, a major campaign was going on in the city from 10 am. According to the ORF, students and teachers are also among those who were seriously injured in the firing.

Police vehicles are seen reaching the spot after firing in a video on social media, while in another video, people and police vehicles are seen at the scene. According to the Austrian police, the campaign was running in a street, where a secondary school is located. Authorities searched the building and laid siege to the area. According to the report of Cron newspaper, during the shootout, the husband of a teacher in class with his students said that his wife heard the sound of several bullets.
The parents of the fleeing students were allowed to meet their children, while medical assistance was being given to the injured. The firing took place on June 20, 2015 before the tenth anniversary of the Graz firing, killing three people.
