BJP gave ticket to Sulabha Gaikwad in Kalyan East assembly constituency, voices of rebellion erupted in Mahayuti alliance.

BJP has announced the candidature of Ganpat Gaikwad’s wife Sulabha Gaikwad from Kalyan East constituency. Due to this, the wind of rebellion has started blowing in Mahayuti in this constituency. Alleging that there are water, road and garbage problems in Kalyan East, Shinde’s Shiv Sena city chief Mahesh Gaikwad and former corporator Nilesh Shind have opposed the candidature of Sulabha Gaikwad.

Shiv Sena Shinde faction is preparing for rebellion after BJP leader Sulabha Gaikwad, wife of Kalyan East MLA Ganpat Gaikwad, was made its candidate. Leaders and officials of Shiv Sena Shinde faction have become aggressive in the grand alliance. Along with 19 corporators, gram panchayat members, office-bearers and workers from Kalyan, Shiv Sena city chief Mahesh Gaikwad said they had demanded that candidature should not be given to a member of Gaikwad’s house.
Will not promote Sulabha Gaikwad
Tension has arisen due to BJP making Ganpat Gaikwad’s wife Sulabha Gaikwad its candidate from Kalyan East in the Mahayuti. Mahesh Gaikwad of Shiv Sena Shinde faction of the state said that today is a black day for our Shiv Sainiks. A person who never developed. Alleging corruption, he demanded that no candidate should be given to his house, alleging that his house was full. But still the nomination was given. He also said that this matter is indecent. City chief Mahesh Gaikwad said that we will not do the work of Sulabha Gaikwad.

Shinde faction’s assembly constituency chief Nilesh Shinde said that Kalyan East has been completely destroyed. Shiv Sena is strong and we want to grow our party. The party chief was asked several times, but he did not listen. Nilesh Shinde said that he is preparing for rebellion. Kalyan Purva was with Shiv Sena for many years, when Ganpat Gaikwad joined BJP in 2019, that seat went to BJP’s account. In 2019, Shiv Sena corporators had also raised the flag of rebellion against Ganpat Gaikwad. Dhananjay Borade had filed nomination as an independent candidate, but he lost by a small margin, while Ganpat Gaikwad was victorious.
