A major accident took place in Talegaon area of Pune on Sunday. An old bridge over the Indrayani river collapsed, due to which 20 to 25 people are reported to have been swept away in the river. Rescue operations have been started immediately as soon as the accident was reported. Pimpri-Chinchwad Police Commissioner Vinay K Chaubey reached the spot and took stock of the situation. Meanwhile, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has also reacted to the incident.
