Congress MP Mohammad Javed and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi have moved the Supreme Court challenging the Waqf (Amendment) Bill 2025. This bill has passed in Parliament. However, the opposition is constantly opposing it. At the same time, BJP MP flute Swaraj said that this Waqf Bill has been passed by respecting the democratic process. Asaduddin Owaisi got enough time to speak. They can also be disappointed from the court, because the Waqf bill is a means of salvation for poor Muslims.

What did BJP say
This is a means of correcting the 2013 amendment brought by the then Congress government to please its vote bank, which misused Waqf to violate the rights of poor Muslims. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha said that when someone questions the proper discussion in the Lok Sabha and the decision taken after voting, do such people have the right to sit in the House when the biggest temple of democracy is questioned? Such people go to court and tarnish the dignity of the House. Narrow-minded people like him, who want a decision according to their own, insult the legislature again and again. They do not believe in democracy. They are anti -constitutional.

Yogi’s statement
At the same time, UP CM Yogi Adityanath has given a big statement on the Waqf Amendment Bill passed in Parliament. He said in Maharajganj that no one will be able to rob the land in the name of the Waqf Board. Public property and revenue land will now be used to build houses for schools, colleges, hospitals or poor. I thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah for this, as lakhs of acres of land were illegally occupied in the name of Waqf Board in Uttar Pradesh. It became a means of loot for some people. Now this loot will be controlled.
