Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma along with Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla inaugurated the Employment Festival and Youth Conference here on Saturday and handed over appointment letters to 7,800 candidates wishing for jobs.।
Participants from various districts across the state participated in the program through personal and online. Sharma also launched the Chief Minister’s educated Rajasthan campaign and released the AI Act, student attendance app, on demand examination (Open School), Skill Policy, Youth Policy, Rs 10,000 for employment and a booklet at Atal Knowledge Center.
Anakshi Jaiswal, the daughter of the victim of the explosion in Jaipur in 2008, was appointed to the post of Junior Assistant in the office of the District Magistrate of Jaipur and was also handed over an appointment letter.
On this occasion, Sharma said that the state government is moving ahead with its manifesto of providing one lakh jobs in a year, out of which 67,000 jobs have already been provided. He retaliated against the criticism done by the Congress regarding employment in the state.
Sharma urged the Congress to keep a pen and a notebook and note the number of jobs being provided. On this occasion, Birla said that Rajasthan Day provides an opportunity to strengthen the commitment to Rajasthan by moving far beyond the memory of history and traditions.
