Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Deputy Chief Minister paid tribute to Karpoori Thakur on his death anniversary

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya paid tribute to former Bihar Chief Minister Karpoori Thakur on his death anniversary. Adityanath wrote on ‘X’, “Former Chief Minister of Bihar, Purudha of Social Justice, ‘Jannayak’ Karpoori Thakur ji was committed for life for the rights of the exploited and deprived class.”

He wrote, “His struggle for social equality and his dedication to democratic ideals will always be memorable. Today, he has a humble tribute on his death anniversary.

Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said, “The strong voice of the poor, backward and underprivileged, the symbol of social harmony and skilled politician, former Chief Minister of Bihar, Bharatratna, who was awarded Bharatratna, a humble tribute to him on the death anniversary of Karpoori Thakur ji.”
