China’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sun Waidong, Bangladesh acting Foreign Secretary Ruhul Alam Siddiqui and Additional Foreign Secretary of Pakistan Imran Ahmed Siddiqui attended a meeting held in Kunming, the capital of the southern Yunnan province of China. A press release by China’s Foreign Ministry said that Pakistani Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch participated in the first phase of the meeting through video link.

According to the Chinese release, he also emphasized that China-Bangladesh-Pakistan cooperation is based on true multilateralism and open regionalism, which is not targeted on any third party.
