BJP MLA from Patparganj Ravinder Singh Negi alleged that former MLA Manish Sisodia and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers stole all government assets (items) from the area MLA office. He claimed, he has taken AC, television, chairs, fans, LEDs and everything. In the post on X, MLA Ravindra Negi said that Manish Sisodia, former MLA from Aam Aadmi Party, had shown his real face before the election. However, PWD JE Ved Prakash said that he did not give any goods to the MLA office. The representative of Sisodia said that he (AAP workers) has not taken any government material. He said that AAP workers took the goods that were his. He said that the 2 ACs that are being accused of disappearing were rented. Sisodia’s colleague said that the AC owner has withdrawn him.

Meanwhile, in the recently concluded Delhi Assembly elections, BJP’s Negi won the Patparganj seat by 28,072 votes. He got 70,060 votes, while AAP’s Awadh Ojha finished second with 45,928 votes. The Aam Aadmi Party has changed its candidate from Patparganj. Outgoing MLA Sisodia contested from Jangpura seat in which he suffered defeat.
