Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta inspected a girls’ school on Thursday and assessed the condition of drinking water, sanitation and roads in his constituency Shalimar Bagh. CM Gupta visited Shalimar Village Chowk, Max Road, Haiderpur Village Chowk and other areas under ward number 55 under Shalimar Bagh assembly constituency. During the inspection, the Chief Minister directed the officers to solve all the issues related to water, cleanliness and road. He also reprimanded the country officials, poor arrangements for schools, roads.
After inspecting the Shalimar Bagh assembly constituency, Delhi CM Rekha Gupta said that people here are upset due to sewage, drains have not been made yet. The work that was to be done in the industrial sector has not been done yet. Small market complexes are also struggling with this problem. There is a problem like cleaning in a large market area. He said that the previous government used to advertise only the problems and pain of the people, but I will try to solve these issues.
