Aam Aadmi Party had recently made two big announcements for the women and elderly people of Delhi. The party had announced to provide Rs 2100 per month to women and all types of free treatment to elderly people above 60 years of age in government and private hospitals. Registrations for both these announcements will start from December 23. AAP’s national organizer Arvind Kejriwal announced this on Sunday.
Giving details regarding the registration of ‘Mahila Samman Yojana’ and ‘Sanjeevani Yojana’, Kejriwal said, ‘Recently we had announced two schemes, one Mahila Samman Yojana. For the convenience of our women, we had announced that we will deposit Rs 2,100 in their bank accounts. Its registration is starting from tomorrow. The second announcement was of Sanjeevani Yojana. Under this, elderly people above 60 years of age will get free treatment. No one takes care of the middle class. After retirement, no one takes care of the elders in many families. Now the AAP government will get them treated. Registration for this scheme will also start from tomorrow.
Kejriwal further said, ‘Our team will go door-to-door to register for Sanjeevani Yojana and Mahila Samman Yojana. For this, it is necessary to have Voter ID card of Delhi and you can check whether your vote has been canceled or not by visiting the AAP website. Let us tell you, a campaign is being run against illegal Bangladeshi immigrants in Delhi. After identifying such migrants, their names are being removed from the voter list.

Kejriwal accused the central government of not allowing Delhi’s tableau to participate in the January 26 parade for the last several years. He said, ‘Delhi is the capital of India and the tableau of Delhi should participate in the parade on 26 January every year. For the last several years, Delhi’s tableau has not been allowed to participate in the parade. What kind of politics is this? Why do they hate the people of Delhi so much? Why should the people of Delhi vote for him? He has no vision for the people of Delhi. They only abuse Kejriwal. Should we vote for him just for this? Why are Delhi’s tableaux and people of Delhi being stopped from participating in the 26 January parade?
