France with India in the fight against terrorism: Ravi Shankar Prasad

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ravi Shankar Prasad said that France reiterated its solidarity with India in the fight against terrorism that was flourishing in Pakistan and agreed that the democratic world needs to raise voice in a voice on this issue.

Prasad, who is leading the all -party delegation on a visit to Europe to make India aware of the attitude of India, said this at the conclusion of the visit to Paris. The nine-member delegation from India, Vice President of France, Jacqueline Euttered Breeno-led India-France Friendship Group and members of Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee participated in his final program on Tuesday in the grand ‘Luxembourg Palace’.

The next destination of the Indian delegation is Rome, the capital of Italy. Prasad told reporters, “In this grand palace, all the associates of the Senate talked about being with India in the fight against terrorism.”

He said, “He fully agreed that France and India, in fact the entire democratic world was flourishing in Pakistan and needs to raise voice in a voice in the fight against terrorism supported by Pakistan.”

Prasad said that the delegation is really overwhelmed by this support and also thanked the MPs of France for this. The conversation with MPs took place after a meeting with members of the India-France Friendship Group at the National Assembly on Tuesday.

Group president Thierry Tesan said, “This meeting was very important for us because we came to know what India thinks about France. We have a partnership between us which is very strong, very old and is largely good for both countries. This is promising for the future. ”

The group is planning to travel to India soon. Earlier MPs Daggubati Purandeshwari, Priyanka Chaturvedi, Ghulam Ali Khatana, Dr. Amar Singh, Samik Bhattacharya, M. Thambidurai, former Union Minister M.J. Akbar and former Deputy National Security Advisor Pankaj Saran had a talks with the French media to highlight the global aspect of terrorism contained in Pakistan.
