The swearing-in ceremony will take place on Thursday at 10 am at Parade Ground, Sector 5, Panchkula. Chief Ministers of other BJP ruled states including PM Modi will attend the swearing-in ceremony. Along with him, senior party leaders will also be present during the function.

After third consecutive victory in Haryana Assembly elections, BJP is all set to form the government. According to the information received, the new cabinet of Haryana will take oath on October 17. Governor Bandaru Dattatreya will administer the oath of office to the ministers of the new government. The swearing-in ceremony will take place on Thursday at 10 am at Parade Ground, Sector 5, Panchkula. Chief Ministers of other BJP ruled states including PM Modi will attend the swearing-in ceremony. Along with him, senior party leaders will also be present during the function.

Earlier, Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Panchkula, Dr. Yash Garg had told that we are preparing the venue for the event. A district level committee has also been constituted under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner to make necessary arrangements for the swearing-in ceremony of the new BJP government in Haryana. The BJP had indicated during the elections that if the party wins in Haryana, Nayab Singh Saini would be its choice for the post of Chief Minister.

Saini became the Chief Minister in March replacing Manohar Lal Khattar and he comes from Other Backward Class. Sources said that top BJP leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Ministers of party-ruled states are likely to attend the swearing-in ceremony. Out of 90 seats in Haryana Assembly, BJP has won 48 seats, while Congress has won 37 seats. Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) has won only two seats, while Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) have not even opened their accounts.
