IMD has released Orange Alert for Kerala for heavy rains, estimates for 10 districts

In coastal Karnataka districts, IMD “has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall with continuous air at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour, which may be in some places and is expected to receive extremely heavy rains at one or two places in South Kannada, North Kannada and Udupi districts.”
