Prior to docking, the Dragon spacecraft had to carefully synchronize its class with the ISS, making both the situation and the speed match. This complex process is known as randezavas, followed by the order of highly accurate exercise to align and connect the capsules with the station. First, a ‘soft capture’ was confirmed, indicating a flexible initial contact that safely absorbed the kinetic energy of the spacecraft. A few moments later, NASA Mission Control confirmed a ‘hard capture’, which safely locked the capsule of the capsule ISS.

As soon as Shubhanshu Shukla successfully entered the international space station, his proud family saw this important moment from the earth. Seeing his son becoming the first Indian to reach the space station, the family today expects to meet Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and celebrate this historical achievement. Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that the priorities of other governments may have been fixed or maybe they have not felt the needs of the world or may not have envisaged India’s global role, which happened after 2014.
