India’s leading fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah remains the number one bowler. Ravindra Jadeja has retained his top position in the category of all-rounders. Bumrah had created history by scoring 907 runs before the fifth and final Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia in January.
ICC has released the latest rankings on Wednesday. India’s leading fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah remains the number one bowler in this ranking. Ravindra Jadeja has retained his top position in the category of all-rounders. Bumrah had created history by scoring 907 runs before the fifth and final Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia in January. This is the highest ICC ranking rating by an Indian bowler. Currently, he has a rating of 908 which is his best rating.
Australia’s Pat Cummins is second among Test bowlers with 841 rating points and South Africa’s Kagiso Rabada is third among bowlers with 837 rating points. Australia’s Josh Hazlewood is at fourth place and South Africa’s Marco Yansen is at fifth place. Pakistan’s Noman Ali (761) has reached the top 10 after taking 6 wickets in the first Test against West Indies in Multan. He is at ninth position with a jump of two places. Also, India’s Ravindra Jadeja is at 10th place in the top 10 test balls.
There has not been much change in the list of top 10 all-rounders in the Test format. Jadeja remains at the top position with 400 rating points. He is followed by Marco Yansen of South Africa. His rating point is 294. Mehdi Hasan of Bangladesh is in third place with 284 rating points. Australia captain Pat Cummins is fourth with 282 rating points and Bangladesh’s Shakib Al Hasan is fifth among all-rounders with 263 rating points.
England’s Joe Root is at the top position among Test batsmen. His rating points is 895. At the second place is England’s Harry Brook with 876 rating points. Kane Williamson of New Zealand is at number three. His rating points are 867. India’s Yashasvi Jaiswal is in fourth place with 847 rating points. While Australia’s Travis Head is at fifth position with 772 rating points. India has two players in the top 10 among Test batsmen. Apart from Yashasvi Jaiswal, there is Rishabh Pant. Pant has lost one place. He has fallen to 10th place. Virat Kohli, who is in poor form, is at 26th position, while Shubman Gill is at 22nd position. While Rohit Sharma is at 43rd position among test batsmen.
