national education policy nep 2020 not be implemented in tamil nadu kerala and west bengal

The Supreme Court on Friday refused to consider the PIL seeking to direct the Government of Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Kerala to implement the National Education Policy (NEP) and said that the court could not force any state to adopt it. Sorry, we cannot pass any order. A bench of Justice JB Pardiwala and R Mahadevan told the petitioner Advocate GS Mani that we cannot directly force a state to adopt a policy like National Education Policy 2020. The court clarified that if a state’s action or inaction is violated by a fundamental right, it will intervene.

We do not propose to investigate the issue in this writ petition. We believe that the petitioner has nothing to do with that reason that he proposes to support. Although he can be from the state of Tamil Nadu, he is living in New Delhi on his own entry. Under such circumstances, this petition is dismissed. Tamil Nadu-based lawyer and BJP leader Mani filed a PIL in the Supreme Court demanding the Central Government’s NEP, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and West Bengal demanding the implementation of the Tri-Language course policy. He asked the Supreme Court to intervene in the matter and issue an order to the three state governments to implement the National Education Policy and Trichial Course of the Central Government immediately.

He claimed that all the state governments except Tamil Nadu, Kerala and West Bengal have adopted and implemented the Tri-Language Course Policy, the most important National Education Policy of the Central Government. The Chief Ministers of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and West Bengal have constantly opposed the NEP of the Central Government and said that they cannot accept it. NEP is a major education policy scheme brought by the Central Government that aims to improve the quality of school education for students of all classes. Poor, Scheduled, Scheduled, Tribes, Backward and Most Backward Classes should study all Indian languages free of cost.
