Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated NDA on its massive victory in Maharashtra. He clearly said that development and good governance won. Modi wrote on X that by uniting we will fly even higher! He said that my heartfelt gratitude to my sisters and brothers of Maharashtra, especially the youth and women of the state, for giving a historic mandate to the NDA. This affection and warmth is unique. I assure the people that our alliance will continue to work for the progress of Maharashtra. Jai Maharashtra!

Modi further wrote that NDA’s pro-people efforts are resonating everywhere! I thank the people of different states for blessing the NDA candidates in various by-elections. We will leave no stone unturned to fulfill their dreams and aspirations. He said I am proud of every NDA worker for their efforts on the ground. He worked hard, went among the people and explained our good governance agenda in detail.
PM has congratulated Hemant Soren for victory in Jharkhand. He wrote that I thank the people of Jharkhand for their support towards us. We will always be at the forefront in raising people’s issues and working for the state. I also congratulate the JMM-led alliance for their performance in the state. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led ruling alliance Mahayuti on Saturday secured an unassailable lead against the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance in Maharashtra, while ‘India’ (Indian National Democratic Inclusive Alliance) seems to be returning to power in Jharkhand. .

There is an atmosphere of celebration in BJP with the counting of votes for Maharashtra Assembly elections where the party which contested on 149 seats is on the way to win 125 seats. The BJP-led ruling Mahayuti alliance with Shiv Sena and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) is on track to win 219 out of 288 seats in the state, while the Congress-Shiv Sena (Ubatha), NCP (SP) alliance is set to win only 51 seats. There is a possibility of meeting. Voters in both states are in favor of continuity rather than change.
