PM Modi to launch multiple development projects worth 56,000 crore rupees in Telangana

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be reaching Telangana later this morning on a 2-day visit. He will be dedicating to the nation several projects besides laying the foundation stone to multiple development projects worth more than 62 thousand 800 crore rupees in Adilabad, Hyderabad, and Sangareddy in Telangana during this visit. The Prime minister will reach Adilabad later this morning and will inaugurate, dedicate to the nation, and lay the foundation stone of multiple developmental projects worth 56,000 crore rupees. These projects are related to the power, rail, and road sectors with a focus on power projects.



He will be dedicating to the nation and laying the foundation stone for several other power projects relating to Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh states, which will play a crucial role in strengthening the National Grid. In addition, Mr. Modi will dedicate the newly electrified Ambari – Adilabad – Pimpalkhuti rail line to the nation on the occasion. He will also lay the foundation for two major National Highway projects connecting Telangana with Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh.

The Prime Minister will reach Hyderabad by this evening and will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for multiple development projects relating to rail, road, and petroleum and natural gas worth more than 6 thousand 800 crore rupees at Sangareddy tomorrow.

He will lay the foundation stone for three National Highway projects and inaugurate four laning of 40 km long Kandi to Ramsanpalle section Indore – Hyderabad Economic Corridor and the upgradation of 47 km long Miryalaguda to Kodad Section of NH-167. These two corridors are expected to improve connectivity to boost tourism as well as economic activity and industries in the region. He will inaugurate, doubling, and electrification of Sanathnagar – Moula Ali rail line along with six new station buildings. The entire 22 Route Kms of the project has been commissioned with Automatic signalling and has been completed as part of the MMTS (Multi-Modal Transport Service) Phase – II project. He will also flag off the inaugural MMTS Train Service from Ghatkesar – Lingampalli via Moula Ali – Sanathnagar which improved connectivity for new areas in Hyderabad and Secunderabad twin cities.

The Prime Minister will also inaugurate the IndianOil Paradip-Hyderabad 1212 km long Product Pipeline with a capacity of 4.5 MMTPA traverses through the states of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

The Prime Minister will dedicate to the nation the state-of-the-art Civil Aviation Research Organization (CARO) centre in Hyderabad. It has been set up at Begumpet Airport, Hyderabad by the Airports Authority of India to upgrade and enhance the Research and Development (R&D) activities in the civil aviation sector.
