He said, “The bridge was constructed in 1992 and a tender of Rs 7-8 crore was recently approved to build a new bridge, but its implementation was delayed due to rain.” Additional Chief Executive Officer of Pune Zilla Parishad Chandrakant Waghmare admitted that it is not clear to who is responsible for the maintenance of the bridge.
