Talking to ANI, a devotee from Russia shared the message of unity and peace and said that monks of various nationalities are present in the meeting. The devotee said that I have come here from Russia and my Guru is from Ukraine. Many of my guru sisters and brothers have come from countries like Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Europe and America. We all came here to bathe in the Ganges in Mahakumbh on this auspicious day. As we know, all the gods and divine powers come to bathe in the Ganges water, so we follow their example. It is a major gathering of people in the world. This is the biggest festival ever and we all come here as a monk. Whether it is a female or a male Russian-Ukrainian or Indian, we are all here … We all follow Sanatan Dharma.

According to an official statement, the Uttar Pradesh government estimates that this time the Mahakumbh will include more than 45 crore people.
