👤 Eligibility Criteria
- Grade A: 21–30 yrs born between 15 Jul 1995–14 Jul 2004; graduation with 60%+ (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) in Commerce/Science/Engineering/CA/CS/MBA/MCA etc. 3
- Grade B: 25–33 yrs born between 15 Jul 1992–14 Jul 2000; graduation & postgraduation (50–55% criteria for general/SC-ST-PwBD) or specialized professional degrees. 4
💰 Salary & Benefits
| Grade A | ₹44,500 basic – CTC ₹1 L/month approx |

| Grade B | ₹55,200 basic – CTC ₹1.15 L/month approx |
Along with allowances – HRA, TA, medical, PF & other per SIDBI rules 5.
✅ Selection Process
- Phase I – Online objective exam (200 marks, ~120 min)
- Phase II – Descriptive/stream-specific objective exam (200 marks)
- Interview & Psychometric Test (~100 marks)
- Final merit based on Phase II + Interview
