Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit concludes in Gandhinagar; MoUs worth over 26 lakh crore rupees signed during summit

Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah has expressed confidence that India will be among the top three economies during the third term of PM Modi. Addressing a concluding session of the tenth Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar, Mr. Shah said that India is aiming to become a developed nation by 2047, and the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit has paved the way for it.

He said during the past 10 years, the government under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi has undertaken several structural reforms to make India a Developed and Self-reliant nation.

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Union Minister Parshottam Rupala attended the concluding session along with a large number of business representatives. Our correspondent reports that in this 10th edition of the Vibrant Summit, MoUs were signed for investments worth 26.33 lakh crore rupees in 41,299 projects in the year 2024. The Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit which was postponed in 2022 had witnessed MoUs worth over 18 lakh crore rupees, therefore the total MoUs signed after the 9th edition are worth over 45 lakh crore rupees.
