Who will answer the questions burning due to violence?

It is said that moments repented and centuries suffered punishment. India and Indians are a living example of this. Muslim invaders like Muhammad Bin Qasim and his followers, after seizing the indigenous power of India at the point of sword, played with the eternal civilization and culture of this place, now their converted generations have to give the account of it. Especially the campaign for the liberation or renovation of the mosques which were built after demolishing the temples has now become a thorn in the neck of the local administration.
If seen, in such cases, sometimes there are mutual disputes, sometimes civil and police administration have to show their activeness in compliance with judicial orders, but their failure to establish the rule of law sometimes leads to communal riots which lead to loss of property and people. Heavy damage also occurs. Even if the past is forgotten, this is a big challenge for independent India, whereas this is the Hindustan that belongs to the Hindus, because the Muslims were given Pakistan, part of which is Bangladesh.

But instead of declaring India as a Hindu nation, the public sentiment of nationalism and Hindutva that emerged in response to declaring India as a secular country, then adopting the policy of Muslim appeasement under vote bank politics and adopting a conciliatory stance on terrorism, started taking retaliatory action, then the so-called There was panic among the secular forces. The Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute and its just resolution shook the foundations of power of the so-called secular leaders and led to their downfall everywhere.
Now, after the completion of the Ramjanmabhoomi Mukti Mission, the question of liberation of not only Mathura-Kashi but also all the temples which were converted into mosques after barbaric action, has started burning in the public mind. Since history repeats itself, now slowly the old buried dead bodies are being uprooted. In this series, when the Hindu parties are claiming the Jama Masjid of Deepa Sarai located in Sadar Tehsil of Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh as Shri Harihar Temple and on the basis of their claim, the court had ordered the survey of the mosque, then the law Creating ruckus by a peace loving community against people working in compliance with the Act cannot be justified.
It is noteworthy that eight litigants including Rishiraj Giri of Kaila Devi temple of Sambhal have filed a case in this regard in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Aditya Kumar Singh at Chandausi. In view of which the court has constituted a commission and sought a report. The next hearing of this case will be on 29 November 2024. Gopal Sharma, a local lawyer from the Hindu side, said that in the petition filed in the court, it has been said that Baburnama and Ain-e-Akbari have confirmed that there was a Harihar temple at that place. The temple was demolished by the Mughal emperor Babur in 1529. Therefore, in this case, he has given reference to Baburnama and Ain-e-Akbari in the court, which clearly shows that there was a Harihar temple there. The Hindu side says that the temple was built before the rule of Prithviraj Chauhan, while the mosque was built during the Mughal period by demolishing the temple.
Therefore, Mahant Rishi Raj Giri Maharaj etc. had filed a petition in the civil court on 19 November demanding a survey. Supreme Court advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain is the main petitioner in the civil judge’s court in this case. Since the case was filed in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Aditya Kumar Singh located at Chandausi. Therefore, the court has sought a survey report on this petition within 7 days, which is to be submitted on November 29. The team under the leadership of Court Commissioner Ramesh Singh Raghav had started the survey on the evening of 19 November itself. On Sunday, the team reached the mosque again to take the survey process forward.
For example, when the survey was conducted for the first time on Tuesday after the order for the survey was issued from the court, dissatisfaction started spreading among the Muslim community and there were protests on that day too. Because the Muslim side believes that the process was hurried, they were not given enough time or opportunity. Therefore, during the survey, a large number of people from the peace-loving community gathered outside the mosque, due to which the situation first became tense, then went out of control. Which was controlled after a lot of effort.
It is said that namaz is usually held in the mosque on Sunday afternoon. In such a situation, the survey team was asked to come earlier. The survey team’s lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain said that the team arrived at 7.30 in the morning and the survey continued till 10 o’clock. Then when we started leaving with necessary pictures and videos, the crowd surrounded us. What happened during the safe evacuation of the survey team is a disgrace not only for the Yogi government but also for the peace-loving community.
This is because Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, holding a press conference in Lucknow, alleged that, “A serious incident took place in Sambhal. A survey team was deliberately sent in the morning to disrupt the discussion about the elections. Its purpose was The aim was to create chaos so that there could be no debate on election issues, but the other side was not even heard. But whatever happened in Sambhal was done by the BJP, the government and the administration to divert attention from the election irregularities.”
However, the question is also why did SP chief Akhilesh Yadav give political color to a judicial and administrative action? Is it just because the minority Muslim community is their vote bank? After all, why is he unaware of the fact that among the 34 people whom the Sambhal district administration had booked on bond of up to Rs 10 lakh on suspicion of disturbing peace on Saturday itself, Mamlukur Rehman Burke, father of SP’s Sambhal MP Zia ur Rehman Burke was also included. Are included. At the same time, the way arson and firing was done there just a day after the bond ban, in which some people were injured, only shows that the attackers on the survey team and the police have political patronage. That is why Sambhal District Officer Rajendra Pansia has issued a notification prohibiting any outsider, social organization or public representative from entering Sambhal without the orders of the authorities.
Let us tell you that on the basis of the case filed against Sambhal’s Jama Masjid as Harihar Temple, when the team of the Court Commissioner arrived at 7 am on Sunday morning for the survey, there was an uproar in Sambhal. Suddenly, on receiving information about the arrival of the team, the crowd gathered and started trying to enter the mosque. Then when they were stopped, the crowd pelted stones at the police. The violent mob vandalized many vehicles including the car of Chandausi CO and set them on fire. Meanwhile, firing also started. The police dispersed the crowd by using tear gas shells and lathi charge. Two-three people died in the chaos. Dozens of people including several officers have been injured. In view of the tension, internet service has been stopped in Sambhal.
Let us tell you that the survey team came under the leadership of Court Commissioner Chandausi’s senior advocate Ramesh Singh Raghav. Sambhal DM Dr. Rajendra Pansia and SP Krishna Kumar Vishnoi were also with the team. Therefore, seeing the situation outside getting out of control, the police somehow took out the survey team safely by using tear gas shells and batons. Even though the miscreants started running away as soon as the police attacked, but after some time the crowd gathered again and people started pelting stones. During this time firing started from the rooftops. The officers along with the police and PAC of other districts reached the spot and took a stand against the unruly crowd. Despite this, the situation remained out of control for about one and a half hours. Somehow the police moved ahead after dispersing the crowd. Blockade the entire area.
After this incident, tension deepened in the entire city. By evening the strictness was increased so much that an undeclared curfew-like atmosphere was created in the city. On the one hand, the family members of the youth who were victims of violence have said that they died due to police firing. On the other hand, Commissioner Anjaneya Kumar Singh, who reached the spot, said that two of the three youths died due to bullet injuries, but the police did not open fire. Police used tear gas shells and batons to disperse the crowd. The cause of death of the third youth is not clear. The injured also include DIG, DM of Sambhal, SP and SDM.
At the same time, Roman (40), resident of Hayatnagar, Bilal (22), resident of Fatehullah Sarai and Naeem (35), resident of Mohalla Kot Tabela, died in the Sambhal uproar. At the same time, another deceased has not been identified. After this uproar, PAC, RRF and RAF have been deployed in the city along with the police. Many policemen and officers have been injured in the uproar. Everyone’s medical has been done. The riots will be identified and strict action will be taken.
At the same time, the miscreants are getting treatment secretly due to fear of arrest. The police is investigating where and how the injured people are getting treatment. According to ASP Shreeshchandra, only two injured had reached the district hospital for medical treatment. Those who are getting treatment secretly are being traced. Not only the police but hundreds of miscreants have also been injured in stone pelting and firing.
The question is that when the controversy was going on in Sambhal regarding the Jama Masjid survey for the last five days, the leaders were making statements, the police were also putting people under bond, but not the officers but the people from the district to the division were able to sense the uproar. The information system up to the headquarters also failed. No input was received regarding the chaos like Sunday. At the same time, the streets were covered with bricks and stones in the stone pelting that lasted for about one and a half hours. After the situation was under control, the police called the municipal team and removed the bricks and stones from the streets and also got the damaged vehicles removed from the spot and sent them to the police station. Only then the roads around Jama Masjid were cleared.
Surprisingly, the miscreants who pelted stones were wearing masks. Despite repeated warnings from the police, they neither stopped stone pelting nor retreated. When the police released tear gas shells, the miscreants picked up the same shells and threw them at the police. Due to this, the policemen had difficulty in handling the front. Therefore, police officers suspect that the miscreants were professionals and had come to commit violence.
It is clear from this that along with the loss of lives, there has been huge economic loss in the uproar that took place during the survey of Shahi Jama Masjid. Therefore, after the uproar, the police is trying to catch the miscreants. After identifying them from CCTV, the police is trying to catch them. Police is taking cooperation from people who are peace loving. Police teams are raiding every house and trying to identify and arrest the miscreants. According to police officials, till Sunday evening the police have taken 21 people into custody, including two women. At the same time, both the women taken into custody told during interrogation that the police were targeted and stones were pelted. It is also being said that some outsiders have joined the crowd and created a disturbance. The faces of most of the miscreants who threw stones and indulged in vandalism and stone pelting were covered with handkerchiefs. Which shows that this is a well-planned political conspiracy against the Yogi government. Therefore, the police is now patrolling the area and searching for miscreants from house to house.
Whatever happened in Sambhal cannot be called democratic. Therefore there should be no politics on this. This appeared to be less of a communal riot and more of an act of violence against the police, which is a dangerous trend. However, this mentality will have to be crushed by the administration in the entire country, so that peace is restored everywhere. He will have to develop such an education system so that there is less need for police. If India is truly a secular country, then both administrative approval of religion-based education and government curriculum should be banned. This should apply equally to all religions.
