Delhi Capitals, who won the toss by winning the toss, bowled brilliantly and demolished the top order of Gujarat giants and allowed him to score 127 runs for just nine wickets. Then the team of Captain Meg Lanning won by scoring 131 runs for four wickets in 15.1 overs, in which Jonasen scored nine fours and two sixes during an unbeaten innings of 32 balls.
Apart from him, opener Shefali Verma contributed 44 runs from five fours and three sixes in 27 balls. Jonasen and Shefali shared a 74 -run partnership with 37 balls for the second wicket. With this victory, the team of Delhi Capitals reached the top of the table with six points. Earlier, Bharti Phoolmali helped the Gujarat giants who made a poor start by scoring an unbeaten 40 -run innings to take 127 for nine. Shikha Pandey, Marajane Cap and Annabel Sutherland took two wickets for Delhi Capitals.
Gujarat giant had lost six wickets for 60 runs, after which Phoolmali, who was batting at number eight, helped the team to reach 100 runs by hitting two sixes and four fours in 29 balls.
