Your ED Crossing Your Limit i.e. your ED is crossing its limits. How did this crime against the corporation become? This question was asked by Chief Justice of India BR Gawai to Additional Solicitor General SV Raju. In fact, the Supreme Court gave an important verdict on the day of May 22. Madras ban on HC’s decision
The court also stayed the order of the Madras High Court, which approved the investigation of the alleged scam of 1,000 crore in this company. The court asked the ED that when FIRs are already lodged against the officials, then why is action being taken on the institution? The court said that as long as the ED does not clarify what is the basic crime, there cannot be an investigation. The court has asked the ED to file an affidavit.
You can file a case against people, not on government institution
