New Delhi. The “Run for a Girl Child” Marathon organized by Seva Bharti Delhi was successfully organized at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium today. More than 5000 participants participated in the event and showed solidarity to increase awareness about women empowerment and teenage development. The event witnessed the participation of women and women from Delhi’s service settlements as well as reputed people associated with Bollywood, Sports, Sports, Business, Education, Administration and Social Service.
The program started at 5:00 am with the lamp lighting, which was Pradeep Joshi, All India Co -Publicity Head, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Sangeeta Saxena, Social Saxena, Socialist and Lieutenant Governor Delhi’s wife, Anita Mandavia, Social worker and Union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandavia’s wife, Madhup Tiwari, Special Commissioner, Delhi Police, Yogeshwar Dutt, Yogeshwar Dutt, Olyx, Yogeshwar Datta Pal, Supply, Olympic medalist, and Ramesh Aggarwal, President, was concluded by Seva Bharti.
There were three categories of marathon:
• 10 km (time run)
• 5 kilometers (fun run)
• 3 km (fun run)
The program started with yoga performance by students of Zumba, Music, Joker Act, Sevadham Vidyalaya, which filled the atmosphere of organizing with energy, enthusiasm and social harmony.
Pradeep Joshi called upon the youth for active participation in the development of the society and said that the development of the society is the basis of the progress of the nation. Appreciating the efforts of Seva Bharati, Sangeeta Saxena said that it is necessary to create an environment for women empowerment, in which women can naturally become empowered. Anita Mandavia said that this race is an important step towards empowering society. Madhup Tiwari said that Seva is doing unforgettable work towards the empowerment of women and society of Bharati. Yogeshwar Dutt said, “Today’s woman is no longer abla, it has become sabla. We should strengthen their paths instead of becoming an obstacle in their path.” Para Olympian Preeti Pal and chess player Vantika Aggarwal also motivated the girls to extend their dreams to pursue their dreams fearlessly. R.J. Rocky also encouraged the participants.

Through ‘Run for a Girl Child’, we are giving the message of women empowerment and inclusion by bringing the deprived and facilitated classes on a common platform.
Nidhi Ahuja, Secretary and Program Convenor of Seva Bharti said, ‘The kind of enthusiasm showing from Delhi’s service settlements, professional runners and youth emphasizes our efforts. This race is part of our comprehensive campaign – we have set up 153 teenage development centers in service settlements and our goal is to provide services for education, health and skill development to more than 1 lakh girls. Will continue to carry forward continuously.
