After which speculations started that Rahul would leave Lucknow. But later the team owner Goenka recently said that Rahul is a part of his family.
On the other hand, the relationship between Rahul and RCB is old. He has played for Royal Challengers earlier as well. He played for RCB for four seasons between 2013 and 2016. Now once again there is talk of Rahul’s return to RCB. In the viral video, Rahul laughingly replies that, I hope so. Due to which the speculation of his return to RCB has intensified.
Last month, Lucknow’s owner Sanjiv Goenka also spoke about his relationship with Rahul and said, “I have been meeting KL regularly for the last three years. I am surprised that our meeting got so much attention this time. We have not taken any decision yet as the retention rules have not been revealed yet.”
