Three players entered the battle of Haryana, self Vinesh Phogat got success, both of them lost

In the assembly elections 2024, the results of both Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir have been revealed. BJP has won in Haryana. In Haryana, the party had fielded three players. However, the players who showed their mettle in the sports field could not achieve anything special in the political field. Only one player out of three has won. This includes the name of Congress candidate Vinesh Phogat, who has been able to hoist the flag of victory. BJP candidate and former Kabaddi team captain Deepak Hooda was in the fray but could not win.Vinesh Phogat, an experienced wrestling player and a vocal voice who stood against the government, has now become the newly elected Congress MLA in the Haryana Assembly.

In this election, WWE wrestler Julana was in front of Vinesh to compete with her, but she could not hoist the flag of victory. Kavita Rani, who contested on AAP party ticket, could not even save her deposit from being confiscated. Let us tell you that Vinesh Phogat got 65,080 votes in Julana. The nearest rival in this election was Yogesh Kumar, who could get 59065 votes. Vinesh has won this seat by 6015 votes. Whereas Kavita Rani could get only 1280 votes in this election and her deposit was confiscated. Surendra Lather of Indian National Lok Dal stood third on this seat, but he too was not successful in saving the deposit.

Vinesh got victory like this
It was a tough morning of counting for 30-year-old Phogat as she trailed or tied with her nearest BJP rival Yogesh Kumar several times, but the diminutive player from Charkhi Dadri ultimately emerged victorious. This is no small feat, but it is a victory that will remain fresh in his mind for a long time. While Phogat was locked in a four-cornered contest on the Julana seat, the party was eyeing the seat for the first time since 2005. Not only this, amidst this tough competition, Phogat also had her eyes set on becoming the first female wrestler to win an election in the state.
