Under this, if a country attacks Russia or its friendly country in collaboration with a nuclear power nation, then it will be considered a joint attack on Russia and in such a situation Russia can use the atom bomb. Let us tell you that Putin’s Nuclear Deterrent Force includes land, sea and air forces, which means that if attacked, Russia will retaliate from all three places.
In such a situation, the question arises that after signing the new policy, if there is any major air or drone attack on Russia, it can give rise to a nuclear reaction. Because Russia has changed its policy on nuclear attack on the 1000th day of Ukraine conflict, it is clear that if Ukraine takes more lethal action against Russia on American instigation, then Russia will respond to this attack with atom bomb. This is a clear signal to the entire alliance, especially the US-led NATO. But the question is that it will be able to do this only when the world’s super power America stops provoking its neighboring countries, which it is not going to do. Six things are clear from Russia’s new nuclear policy – First, if Russia’s soil is attacked by a conventional missile with the help of a nuclear power country, then in such a situation Russia will be free to respond with nuclear weapons. Second, if any weapon comes by air crossing the Russian border, it will be considered a war against Russia. Even in such a situation, nuclear weapons can be used. Third, if Russia feels that its country and people are in danger, it can deploy nuclear missiles and missile defense systems. Fourth, even if a country launches a drone attack against Russia, it can be responded to with nuclear deterrence i.e. nuclear weapons. Fifth, if ballistic missiles are also used against Russia, the Putin administration can launch a nuclear attack in response.
