Vallabh claimed that there has been a split in the Aam Aadmi Party just ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections, adding that several factions have emerged within the party led by Arvind Kejriwal, Atishi, Sanjay Singh and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
After senior Delhi government officials issued notices rejecting the registration process for two schemes of the ruling AAP in the national capital, BJP leader Gaurav Vallabh took a dig at Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal, saying That nowadays Delhi Chief Minister Atishi is not listening to him.
Vallabh said that CM Atishi is not listening to Arvind Kejriwal these days. On one hand Kejriwal is announcing welfare schemes but on the other hand Atishi is saying that there is no such welfare scheme. He said that I think there has been a split in the party. One group is with Arvind Kejriwal and the other group is with Chief Minister Atishi. He claimed that one group is with Sanjay Singh and another group in Punjab is with the Punjab CM. That’s why I think there is going to be a split in the Aam Aadmi Party before the Delhi elections.
Stepping up his attack, the BJP leader alleged that the Arvind Kejriwal-led government has indulged in corruption in liquor and hence, he should change the name of his party to ‘Daru Premi Party’. He said that I want to tell one thing to Kejriwal ji and the Delhi government that in the last three general (Lok Sabha) elections, BJP has won all the 7 seats. Kejriwal ji, even when you were in jail on liquor charges, the elected representatives of BJP were working for the people of Delhi. You and your government have done only one thing, corruption in liquor. So now you should change the name of your party to ‘Daru Premi Party’.
