Elections are going to be held in Delhi, so Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to take a holy bath at Triveni Sangam of Prayagraj tomorrow. The yatra is taking place only a few days after the stampede at the Mahakumbh Mela near Sangam, in which at least 30 people were killed and around 60 people were injured during ‘Amrit Snan’ on Mauni Amavasya. PM Modi will reach Prayagraj Airport at 10:05 am. From there they will go to DPS Helipad at 10:10 and then will go to Ariel Ghat at 10:45 pm. At 10:50 am, they will go to Mahakumbh by boat from Ariel Ghat, where they will bathe at Sangam Ghat from 11:00 to 11:30 pm.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will go to Mahakumbh on 5 February
As per the schedule, PM Modi will reach Mahakumbh at 10:30 am. From there they will go to Arail Ghat and ride the boat to the holy confluence of the Ganges, Yamuna and Saraswati rivers. His visit is expected to interact with saints, a holy dip in the Sangam and a review of arrangements made for millions of pilgrims participating in Mahakumbh 2025.

10:30 am – Will reach Prayagraj and leave for DPS helipad.
Nishadraj will ride on the cruise for VIP JT for his visit.
It is expected to spend about an hour at the site.
Will take a holy dip at the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati.
Return after completing his religious rituals.
According to fair officials, the original journey program, which included the visit to the state pavilion and the eye Kumbh, has been revised, and these places are no longer part of the Prime Minister’s program.

Bhishma Ashtami is also celebrated on 5 February, this day is associated with Bhishma Pitamah, the revered warrior of Mahabharata. According to legend, Bhishma, lying on the bed of arrows, decided to leave the mortal world only after the Sun entered Uttarayan and Shukla Paksha, which was in line with his boon of choosing his death time.
