Birla told Congress MPs: You ruled for so many years …. Want to snatch the rights of members

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla told the Congress members shouting slogans in the House on Thursday that their party ruled the country for a long time and now they want to snatch the rights of members by creating a “planned manner”.

The Congress and some other opposition parties members were creating a ruckus in the House over a news related to Adani Group. As soon as the Question Hour started in the House, members of the Congress and its allies started shouting slogans.

Birla appealed to him to stop shouting slogans and let the house run. Without naming the Congress, he said, “You do deadlock in a planned manner during the Question Hour, it is not a good tradition. AAP (Congress) has ruled so many years …. You create disruption in the House. ”

Birla said, “I have said that let the subject be kept at 12 noon, but you do not want discussion.” You do not want to bring important subjects to the House. “He said,” The accountability of the government is fixed in the Question Hour. This is the most important time. You want to take away the rights of the members. ”

When the commotion did not stop, Birla adjourned the proceedings of the House till 2 pm at around 5 pm. The news that the opposition members created a ruckus have claimed that the government has relaxed the purpose of paving the way for the renewable energy park of Adani Group in Gujarat.

The Congress alleges that the government has threatened national security to benefit this business group. The allegation from Adani Group is not yet responded to.
