The Chief Minister said that the superstition behind the act like male sacrifice is increasing because people are not serious about the spread of scientific knowledge in the society. He appealed to popularize science. He said that making science popular is the most effective way of creating scientific thinking in society.
After inaugurating various projects and scientific conference at the Water Resources Development and Management Center (CWRDM) here, Vijayan said that scientific knowledge should be spread in such a way that everyone benefits from it. Also, there is a need to popularize science at the present time.
