Brazil will host the next BRICS summit in Rio de Janeiro in July

Sao Paulo . The Brazilian government said that the next BRICS summit will be held on July 6 and 7 in Rio de Janeiro. According to a statement issued by the Government of Brazil, Brazil will preside over the program of countries with developing economies and focus on promoting global rule reforms and increasing cooperation between ‘Global South’ countries. Brazil said that partner countries have also been invited to attend the summit and they can also participate in other meetings if there is a consensus between the members.
Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Viera said, “We will take important decisions for development, cooperation and improvement in the lives of all the people of these countries.” Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has warned that if BRICS country American If they work to weaken the dollar, they will impose 100 percent fee on them. BRICS leaders have committed to establish an independent alternative payment system from the dollar.
