Political participation of women strengthens the roots of democracy

We have been celebrating International Women’s Day for many years in the world for many years, the purpose of this day declared for honor of women is only to show reverence and respect for women. Therefore, this day is celebrated to commemorate the spiritual, educational, economic, political and social achievements of women. Woman is the form of a mother for mankind. If said, the mother is a woman and the woman is the mother. Women power or mother power has an important contribution in furthering this world. This world cannot be imagined without a woman. If there is no woman, then this world will not be developed. A woman gives birth to a man, only then the power to bear the woman, that is, the feeling of endurance is that she is in such a strong power in this world. Today, there are incidents like rape by some mentally deranged men (men who consider female power to be their consumption) on the same strong female power. Women are always ashamed by physical abuse by such men, this thing embarrasses all mankind. The men of the rest of the clean image also have to be ashamed by such acts of some men. Today, there is a need to curb incidents like rape against women and young girls. This can only happen when mankind takes a decision against acts like rape and those who support the guilty men should also boycott the society completely. Along with this, it is necessary today that governments should make a strict punishment against acts like rape and fast action should be taken by the fastest court in cases like rape. So that other people also think a hundred times before doing such acts. Only then the level of mankind and society can be raised.

Today, women’s empowerment is most needed to raise the level of women in her society. Women empowerment means to increase women’s spiritual, educational, social, political and economic power, without its women’s empowerment. Today, in every women’s society, religious stereotypes, old rules, are found to be bound in the law. But now is the time to free herself from all the stereotypes. Nature has not only given women beauty, but also firmness. Fertility also has only that. Even today acts like female feticide are being done day and night in Indian society. But every girl has a mother Durga hidden. It is surprising that the person who worships Durga kills the newborn girl in the womb. In this, the Father and family also supported the family. Today there is a need that we give the girls in the country the same confidence and courage that the boys give. This keeps the balance of nature. Therefore, it is important that the girl should also get equal respect on this earth. Also, his dignity should also remain. Therefore, awaken the power inside you and awaken this power in every woman so that she can face every distorted mindset with full courage and endurance. No person can create life without a woman. In the family where there is no woman, men are neither able to fulfill their responsibility nor live for a long time. At the same time, in families where women are responsible for family, women play every challenge, every responsibility better and the family is happy. If we talk about strength, then women are stronger than men because they give birth to men.

Under the fundamental rights of the fundament of India provided by the Indian Constitution, all have been given the right to equality under Article 14-18. Which gives women and men the right to equal. Under this, it has also been ensured that there will be no discrimination in relation to appointments and employment under the state. And the right to equality given by the Constitution under fundamental rights prevents the Indian state from discriminating against anyone on the basis of gender. In view of the uplift and empowerment of women in the country, our constitution was revised in 1993. Article 243A to 243O was added to the Constitution through the 73rd amendment. In this amendment, it was arranged that one -third of the total seats in panchayats and municipalities will be safe for women. It was also arranged in this amendment that at least one -third of the seats in panchayats and municipalities should be safe for women. Positive action in implementing 33 percent reservation for women by Panchayati Raj Institutions has increased the representation of women rapidly. In fact, the representation of women elected in panchayats across the country has increased to 40 percent. In some states, the representation of women in panchayats has reached 50 percent. Empowerment of women is impossible without representation. We cannot imagine the empowerment of women until women are represented.

The Nari Shakti Vandan Bill was passed in the Lok Sabha on 20 September 2023 in the new Parliament House. After passing the Lok Sabha on 21 September 2023, this Bill has also approved this Bill after this Nari Shakti Vandan Bill was also passed from Rajya Sabha. Under the Nari Shakti Vandan Act, a provision has been made to provide 33 percent reservation to women in Lok Sabha and State Assembly. A lot will change in the Lok Sabha and Assembly after the law is implemented in the coming years. But the greatest shortage of the Nari Shakti Vandan Act is that under this, women of backward and tribal class have not been given separate quota. If under this, women of backward and tribal classes were quota separately, then the representation of women of backward and buried crushed class would have been able to increase in Lok Sabha and State Assembly in the coming years. For this, the government should arranged quota for women of backward and tribal classes under this in the coming time. Any nation is powerless without women. Because the nation always gets strength from women. The contribution of women is important in building any vibrant and strong nation. Political participation of women strengthens the roots of democracy.

Today, it is necessary that women in the society to take them from the trough of ignorance, illiteracy, coupamandukta, narrow ideas and orthodox feelings to make them to the path of progress to make them aware of modern events, historical dignified information and ethnic activities to create economic, social, educational, political consciousness. So that women can cooperate with men to advance the society by adding shoulder to shoulder. At the same time, there is a need that we should resolve the social upliftment of women by abandoning dogma by discovering their solutions as conservative problems of the society and paving the way for educational, social, so-so-in-law and political consciousness. Because the journey of thousands of miles also starts with an first step. Women’s Day will be meaningful in the true sense when in reality women will get the honor they deserve. Along with this, the society should take a pledge that the winds of harmony flowed in India, there should not be female feticide in any house in India and whoever of India should not be burnt in the name of dowry. The picture of an unbroken and sharp India on the world’s psyche will appear only when our mother power recognizes its rights and power and shows its dignity and pride and plays its leading role in nation building.
