Today there is a tremendous celebration of Holi in the whole country. Holi is being played in different parts of the country including Mathura, Kashi, Ayodhya, Jaipur, Mumbai, Patna, Kolkata. On the occasion of Holi, many people are congratulating the countrymen. All the big leaders including President Draupati Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi have greeted the countrymen on Holi. President Draupadi Murmu wrote in his congratulatory message that heartfelt greetings to all the countrymen on the auspicious occasion of Holi festival of colors. This festival of joy gives the message of unity, love and harmony.

The President further wrote that this festival is also a symbol of the precious cultural heritage of India. Come, on this auspicious occasion, all of us together take a pledge to fill the color of continuous progress, prosperity and happiness in the lives of all the children of Mother India. The Prime Minister said that a lot of Holi wishes to all of you. This pure-full of joy and gaiety, along with communicating new enthusiasm and energy in everyone’s life, intensify the color of unity of the countrymen. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath greeted the people of the state on the occasion of Holi on Friday and described this festival as “messenger of unity”.
Adityanath posted on the social media platform ‘X’ and said, “Happy Holi, the holy festival of color, enthusiasm, enthusiasm and wave. The festival of Holi is the messenger of unity, which gives us inspiration to follow the path of harmony with love and harmony. ”He said that Lord Shri Ram wishes to make this festival full of happiness, prosperity and diverse colors of new enthusiasm. Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav attended the Holi function at the party office in Saifai.

Earlier, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta celebrated Holi with children at Asha Kiran shelter home and said that the government will ensure their proper care as the children. Chief Minister Gupta along with Social Welfare Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh in the Delhi government distributed sweets and chocolate to the children. He said, “I have instructed the officials to remove all the deficiencies of the shelter home and improve facilities here.” The Chief Minister said that more children are living in the shelter home in Rohini than their prescribed capacity. He said that the Social Welfare Department, which operates this shelter home, will be instructed to make arrangements to resolve this problem.
