Vaibhav Suryavanshi became the youngest player to debut in IPL at the age of 14 years and 23 days. Vaibhav is born after the start of IPL. He was born in 2011. With this, he became the first player to play in the IPL to be born after the start of the tournament.
Vaibhav was bought by Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2025 mega auction for Rs 1 crore 10 lakh. Lucknow Super Giants also made a change and included Prince Yadav in the playing XI instead of Akash Deep.
