Today, suffering and resentment from Kargil to Kanyakumari on the death of everyone is the same. He said that the attack has not been done only on unarmed tourists, the enemies of the country have dared to attack the soul of India. He clearly stated that those who have carried out this attack, those terrorists and the conspiracy of this attack will get a big punishment from their imagination, the punishment will remain together. Now the time has come to mix the remaining land of terrorists in the soil. He said that the will power of 140 crore Indians will break the back of terrorists.
After this, Modi said that today on the occasion of Panchayati Raj Day, the whole country is connected to Mithila, Bihar. Today, the foundation stone and inauguration of projects worth thousands of crores of rupees related to the development of Bihar, Bihar has been launched here. These various works of electricity, rail, infrastructure will create new employment opportunities in Bihar. He said that Bihar is the earth from where Pujya Bapu expanded the mantra of Satyagraha. Pujya Bapu firmly believed that until the villages of India are strong, India will not be able to grow rapid development. This is the feeling behind the concept of Panchayati Raj in the country. He said that one step after another has been taken to empower panchayats in the last decade. Panchayats have also been strengthened through technology.

The Prime Minister said that more than 2 lakh gram panchayats were connected to the Internet in the last decade. More than 5.50 lakh Common Service Centers are built in villages. Panchayats have got another benefit from being digital. Now many documents like life/death certificate, land holding certificate can be easily obtained. He said that after several decades of independence, where the country got a new building of Parliament, 30 thousand new panchayat buildings were also built in the country. Panchayats have got adequate funds, this has also been the priority of the government. Panchayats have got funds worth more than Rs 2 lakh crore in the last 10 years. All this money is engaged in the development of villages.
