On 23 April, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced several strict measures in response, including postponing the Indus Water Treaty with immediate effect. Pakistan means that after stopping the Indus water, Pakistan would come down on violence against India. But now the attitude of the same Bilawal has changed.
