About three weeks after the end of a brief but rapid conflict between India and Pakistan, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has issued a strict warning against the terrorist provocation in future. He has reiterated that India will not hesitate to retaliate, regardless of the place. In an interview with Politico during his official visit by Brussels for high -level trade talks with the European Union, Jaishankar said, “If they are very inside in Pakistan, we will go very inside Pakistan.” This comment reflects one of the most tough stance of the Government of India on cross -border terrorism in recent months.

Jaishankar told Politico that it [पाकिस्तान] There is a country that is very immersed in using terrorism as a means of state policy. This is the whole issue. When asked if the circumstances that incite the enmity of the previous month are still present, he said, “If you call commitment to terrorism a source of stress, it is of course, this is.” The struggle began after a deadly terrorist attack in the India -administered region in early May, in which 26 civilians, mainly Hindus lost their lives.

India blamed Pakistan for sponsoring the attack, the allegation has been denied by Islamabad. The struggle led to the exchange of missiles and air strikes between two nuclear-head neighbors for several days, which ended in a ceasefire declared on 10 May. The two countries claimed victory, but had different versions about the events. India initially rejected claims of killing several Indian fighter jets of Pakistan. However, later a senior Indian military officer admitted to the loss of the aircraft without giving any special details.
