Constitution Breakers Breaking Constitution, Mamta Banerjee targeted the central government

The central government had announced to celebrate 25 June every year as “Constitution Hurry Day”. However, politics has started once again regarding this. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said that the central government says that this year, she will celebrate the Constitution Hurry Day on the completion of 50 years of Emergency. I object to the statement of ‘Constitution murder’ … Constitution is the basis of our rights, it is the mother of democracy. How can they call it a constitution murder?

Mamta said that it has written that 25 June will be celebrated as Constitution Hurry Day … They could also celebrate Emergency Hurry Day, but they are celebrating Constitution Husbandry Day. I completely condemn this idea… Is there democracy in India today? Can the democratic system have Republic Hurry Day every day because every day they are killing the Republic, every day they are cutting the fundamental rights of the people, they are also destroying the state’s economy and all the fundamental rights of the state.
He said that the Center will celebrate the ‘Constitution Day’ on 25 June in protest against the Emergency in 1975, but the BJP reduces the constitution daily. Mamta Banerjee questioned whether the constitution of democratically elected governments in Maharashtra and Bihar was not an attack on the constitution. He said that those who do not respect the Constitution are talking about maintaining its happiness. The way the BJP is trying to change and weaken the Constitution, we can celebrate ‘Constitution Husbandry Day’ every day.

The Emergency of 1975 is remembered as a period of political upheaval and oppression of civil freedom in India. This included suspension of fundamental rights and strict censorship to suppress political disagreement. Thousands of opposition leaders, activists and journalists were arrested without proper procedure, creating an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty. The media faced significant sanctions and the freedom of the press was curbed. The Emergency ended after the widespread public outrage in 1977 and the ruling party’s election defeat, which showed the flexibility of democratic institutions in India.
