In response to the Pahalgam terror attack, India demolished 9 different terrorist bases located in Pakistan under Operation Sindoor. After which the former Indian cricketer Ambati Rayudu wrote the eye on X instead of Operation vermilion, the eye makes the whole world blind. After which the fans were enraged and he was criticized a lot. However, later Rayudu deleted the post and is now giving clarification about that post.
Rayudu shared a post, clarifying on Friday, 9 May, that, I want to clarify my remarks recently about the situation on the border. Which is misunderstood. I had no such intention, and I want to clarify this.
He further wrote that in this sensitive time I stand with our government under the decisive leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji who is taking strict action through Operation Sindoor, I stand firmly with our brave Indian services and shares the feelings of my fellow citizens heartily.
