Union Home Minister Amit Shah spoke to the Border Security Force (BSF) personnel in Poonch on Friday. During a conversation with BSF jawans, Amit Shah said that whenever there is any kind of attack on the Indian border, whether it is organized or unorganized, whether secret or public, our BSF soldiers first face it. BSF personnel are available 24 hours, 365 days. They are cautious and devoted and because of this, no attack of any kind is hurt by the country as my BSF jawan first faces the chest.

Amit Shah said that while maintaining his tradition in Operation Sindoor, BSF jawans of Jammu Frontier, BSF jawans of Rajasthan Frontier and jawans posted on the Kutch border of far and wide, all protected the border with full vigilance. He said that when Pakistan attacked our border and our residential areas, our BSF soldiers destroyed and damaged more than 118 Pakistani posts in Jammu Frontier.
Shah said that if Pakistan has suffered the biggest loss, then it is the destruction of their surveillance equipment, and that is why they could not fight with complete information for a long time. He said that it is a big thing to damage or destroy more than 118 posts in a period of 3 days and this bravery is possible only when there is a spirit of patriotism in the heart and the passion to make supreme sacrifice.

Amit Shah warned on Friday to give a “tough and decisive” reply to those who try to harm India, saying that the development of Jammu and Kashmir started in 2014 under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will neither stop nor slow down despite the recent actions. While giving a message of assurance and resolve from the border district of Poonch, Shah said that the obstruction in development due to recent unrest is transient and the progress of the union territory will soon take its pace again.
