Angel scheme ended! AAP accused Delhi government of being inhuman, BJP’s retaliation- Kejriivaz’s plans were ‘Way of Scam’

This time, the common AdP party has imposed a common man to be inhuman.The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government of not allocating any funds for the scheme in the annual budget presented last week and accused them of shutting down the ‘angel’ scheme. Former Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj on Sunday accused the BJP -led government of stopping the scheme of free medical treatment to road accident victims in private hospitals. Delhi BJP, while responding to the allegation, claimed that the scheme had fallen for corruption.

Bhardwaj alleged that the BJP, who was sitting in opposition in 2023, tried to stop the scheme through the LG office and stopped funds for it. It was abolished after coming to power. He said, “The decision to abolish such an important life -saving initiative can only come from a person with an inhuman attitude. The angel scheme has saved the lives of about 10,000 people by 2021.” He said, “The BJP should understand that road accidents do not discriminate against you, BJP or Congress and can affect anyone.”

 

Reacting sharply to the former minister’s charge, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said that all the schemes implemented by Arvind Kejriwal in the name of public welfare have become a source of scam. He said that the angel scheme is a scheme that opens the claims of the world class health model of the previous Kejriwal government. Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva claimed that all the schemes implemented by former CM Arvind Kejriwal in the name of public welfare have become a source of scam and “angel” is one such scheme that has exposed “his claims of world -class health models”.

He said, “There was an accident in Delhi a few years ago. The victim was taken to the Delhi government hospital, but did not get treatment. Then he was taken to another hospital operated by the Delhi government, wherever he was refused to provide treatment. After that, he was taken to a central government hospital, but there was no treatment there too.” He further said, “He was taken to another central government hospital, but he was not treated and died there. The incident was widely covered in the media and hearing it in the High Court for a long time. The court gave several instructions on the matter.”

 

Sachdeva alleged that since 2015, the Kejriwal government has been claiming world -class health services. He said, “In this context, the people of Delhi are asking that if all the services were available in government hospitals, then why did the government have to start the angel scheme in 2017 to provide free treatment to road accident victims? It is clear that either government hospitals were not working or the government’s intention was to send accident victims to private hospitals, where he could make a huge bill in the name of serving and such a huge bill could be made in the name of serving.”
