Application of high degree holders for peon is a matter of severe concern

This also makes it clear that if higher education is not selected, then the question will arise that even those who get higher education cannot pass the examination of peon. At the same time, for some reason, the youth who cannot complete the education can pass the tenth examination and is eligible for the post of peon, so the possibility of selection should be considered almost zero for them in front of the higher educated, experiences. If the same qualification applications were in such a large number, then a pomegranate would have become a hundred sick thing, but then it is directly said that employment opportunities are less but applying for the post of higher study peon of youth, not only our education system but is raising questions on the entire system. After all, what is the reason that the youth are not getting a job on the basis of merit.
This makes it clear that somewhere there is a blame in the whole system. One and the seventh pay commission has increased the attachment of government jobs among the youth. Then the right cancer has been completed by our democratic system when the main issue in elections is raised about employment. Employment or in the elections, say that unemployment should be a major issue, it cannot be denied, but only the government job is shown, then the results come again. The private sector has expanded considerably after independence. There has also been a time when the craze of the youth was towards the private sector. Along with salary and allowances in the private sector, facilities were also expanded. It is not that it is not so today. Even today, many private sector institutions provide good packages and facilities. The youth get opportunities to go abroad. Medi claim and other facilities are also common. Yes, there is a matter of performance and target. The reason for running after the government job is not to have any kind of stress about service. It can be said that along with job security in government jobs, there is no burden of responsibility along with facilities and pension facilities.

There is a kind of compromise in a government job that the one who is loyal to the work is given to work and those who are not more serious towards the work are called Nakara to say, but in fact, saying so much, they get the liberation of the work burden. This causes two types of problems, one actually remains the problem of the job in front of the merit, which is able to fulfill the qualification of that post, the other is the preparation of the competitive exam or not getting the post according to the educational qualification, due to the post, other tasks are taken in the sympathy, which causes double damage to the people of that post, then the work on which the work is done, because the work on which is the work on the work that is done. There are some time old things and the situation almost everywhere is that after being selected in the recruitment of cleaning workers in the municipal corporations, after getting selected by the selected higher education or being linked to the upper class, they did not have to do the work of the cleaning worker and did not even do it and their services started to be taken as clerky in the office. Due to this, the cleaning system of most of the municipal bodies was affected, as well as the real contenders remained unemployed and in the name of employment, there were such recruitments which remained a burden. It is one side of reality. The other side is not to get a job accordingly even after having high qualifications. Who should be blamed for this? The question arises that if a BTech person does not get engineering work, then what is the meaning of his studies. The question is that the way new engineering colleges, MBA colleges were opened in the private sector and the status, educational level and quality of teachers is not paid to them, then what is going to happen only with the degree.
The problem is not as simple as it is understood. This is not a problem of rising unemployment, but somewhere there is a fault of our entire system. The situation will have to be analyzed with totality, otherwise it will not be a peon or the cleaning workers, but also more applications will come, they will also come on the job, the employment problem will remain for the real youth, the government expenses will continue to be done, but the purpose for which the posts are to be filled, the situation is not going to change. Then to say that there is a cleaning worker, but the cleaning is not done or a peon, but if there is a shortage of peons, then the situation is going to remain like this. This is a challenge before the entire system and will have to find a solution.
