BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Saturday created a new controversy by commenting on the Supreme Court. Now the party has separated itself from his comments. Party President JP Nadda has rejected these comments as the MP’s personal views. At the same time, Nadda has also instructed him not to make such statements in future.

Nadda said in a post on X, ‘BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey and Dinesh Sharma have nothing to do with the Bharatiya Janata Party’s statement on the judiciary and the Chief Justice of the country. Nadda also said that he has instructed both leaders and others not to make such comments. Nishikant Dubey that controversial comment
Nishikant Dubey, while targeting the Supreme Court on Saturday, said that if the law will be made by the apex court, then Parliament and the Legislative Assembly should be closed. Talking to the media, the BJP MP said that the Supreme Court is responsible for inciting religious war in the country. The Supreme Court is going out of its limits. If we have to go to the Supreme Court for every matter, then Parliament and Legislative Assembly should be closed.
What did Dinesh Sharma say?
BJP MP and former Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma also criticized the Supreme Court and said that no one can give instructions to Parliament or President. Sharma said, ‘According to the Constitution of India, no one can give instructions to the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and the President has already given his consent on it. No one can challenge the President, as the President is supreme.
