If we have to go to the Supreme Court for every matter, then Parliament and Legislative Assembly should be closed.

What did Dinesh Sharma say?

BJP MP and former Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma also criticized the Supreme Court and said that no one can give instructions to Parliament or President. Sharma said, ‘According to the Constitution of India, no one can give instructions to the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and the President has already given his consent on it. No one can challenge the President, as the President is supreme.
