BJP President Nadda offered prayers at Shri Guru Ravidas Vishram Dham Temple

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President JP Nadda offered prayers at the temple in Karol Bagh here on the birth anniversary of social reformer Ravidas on Wednesday. BJP’s Delhi unit president Virendra Sachdeva along with Nadda went to Sri Guru Ravidas Vishram Dham Temple in Central Delhi and also attended ‘Kirtan’ held there.

The Union Health Minister congratulated everyone on the birth anniversary of social reformer Guru Ravidas. He said in a post on ‘X’, “On the auspicious occasion of Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas ji, he got the privilege of darshan and worship at the Shri Guru Ravidas Vishram Dham Temple in New Delhi. His great thoughts in the creation of cordial, prosperous and just society are inspiring to all of us. ”

He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Central Government is committed to determine the ideas of Sant Ravidas and is committed to decide participation in the development of all sections of the society and improve their standard of living. He said in another post, “Giving the message of social harmony, his teachings are still exemplary for unity, goodwill and character building.”

Many leaders of the party paid tribute to Sant Ravidas at an event organized by the Scheduled Caste Morcha of BJP’s Delhi unit. BJP general secretary Tarun Chugh, National President of the party’s Scheduled Caste Morcha Lal Singh Arya and State Scheduled Caste Morcha President Mohan Lal Gihara paid tribute to Sant Ravidas.
