Prime Minister Narendra Modi presided over the meeting of the Cabinet Committee of Security Affairs (CCS). Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Foreign Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar and other officials are present. When Amit Shah was leaving his house for 7- Lok Kalyan Marg, he had a red file in his hand during that time. Prime Minister Modi returned from Saudi Arabia on Wednesday morning. The Prime Minister held a meeting at the airport soon after his arrival, in which he discussed the Jammu and Kashmir terror attack with Jaishankar and National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval. Foreign Secretary Vikram Mistry was also present in the meeting. Earlier, Amit Shah visited Basaron in Pahalgam, where the terrorists attacked. He also visited the hospital where some injured were admitted.

In the meeting, the Lieutenant Governor said that Home Minister Amit Shah has directed that all should be used for the most strict action against the criminals of the Pahalgam terror attack and the ecosystem of terrorism will have to be completely eliminated.
